DEGREE CERTIFICATE ATTESTATION  (உறுதிப்படுத்துதல்) தொடா்பாக கட்டார் வெளியிட்டுள்ள புதிய சட்டம் ஒன்றை அறிமுகப்படுத்தியுள்ளது. அதாவது குறித்த கல்லூரியில் அவரது பெயா், பட்டம், இணைந்த திகதி, பட்டம் பெற்ற திகதி, பட்டம் செல்லுபடியாகும் திகதி உட்பட முக்கிய தகவல்கள் உள்ளடங்களாக விவரணக் கடிதம் வழங்கப்படல் வேண்டும் என்பதாக அறிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. 

அண்மைக்காலமாக போலிச் சான்றிதழ்களுடன் கட்டாருக்கு வருகை தருபவர்கள் அதிகமாக இருப்பதன் காரணமாகவே இந்த புதிய சட்டம் கொண்டு வரப்பட்டுள்ளது.

இதன் பிறகு கல்விக் சான்றிதழ்களுடன் வருபவர்கள் இங்கு படத்தில் உள்ளவாறு கடிதத்தை பெற்று தகுந்த முறையில் உறுதிப்படுத்தி வந்தால் மட்டுமே கட்டார் வெளிவிவகார அமைசினால் ஏற்றுக் கொள்ளப்படும் என்பதாக கட்டார் அறிவித்துள்ளது.

Qatar Embassy is very specific that they will not be attesting without college letter for degree certificates

If you are planning to get your educational document attested by Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA), make sure you are aware of the recent changes in the process. Embassy of State of Qatar in the respective country and MOFA now require, irrespective of the university or institution, a letter of authenticity in a preferred format.

Earlier the embassy required a bonafide letter from university/institute in a simple format stating the person studied in the college during the period, also it was not a mandatory requirement. However, now the format is changed and the letter is required to carry information related to type of degree, duration of course, certificate authenticity, study system, etc. 

FORMAT OF BONAFIDE/VERIFICATION/GENUINELY LETTER FOR QATAR EMBASSY ATTESTATION For other universities also they require Bonafide/verification/genuinely letter either from the university or college saying that such and such person has completed such and such program on regular mode his enrollment number & registration number was such and such this certificates of such and such person is found to be genuine as per university or college record.

Step - 1. 

Obtain a letter from your college or university stating that you were a regular student of that institution. Letter should particularly specify the following: 

1. You were a regular student. 
2. Duration of course 
3.Year of admission and year of passing. 
4. Subject. 
5. Name of university. Sample Whom it may concern This is to certify that Mr XXXXXXXXXX was a bonafide student of B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Under ##### University, Delhi He was admitted to the B.Tech course in 2006 with Enrollment No: ******* and was awarded B.Tech degree in Electronics and Communication in May, 2010 from Delhi University as a regular student. 

Step – 2. 

Get the letter attested from below authorities. 

1. Notary from Advocate, India 
2. Home Department (Mantralaya), India 
3. Ministry of External Affairs (MOEA) India 
4. Qatar Embassy, Indian 

Step – 3. 

1. Attest the letter from Indian Embassy. 

Step – 4. 

1. Approach MOFA with the Original Certificate and above mentioned letter.
